KMPC875VR80 Overview
Packed in BGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 256. When the voltage supply is 1.8V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run.
