KMPC880ZP80 Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in BGA for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Bulk. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. In total, there are 357 terminations. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 1.8V volts. This microprocessor has an architecture of 32 bits. A 80MHz frequency is used by the CPU. Datasheets for 357 pin functions can be found here. A typical Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. For data transfer, there is 32b bandwidth available. It is recommended that the CPU microprocessor is not operated in an environment with a temperature of more than 95°C. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 357 pins.
