KMPC885VR66 Overview


The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in BGA. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Bulk. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. In total, 357 terminations have been made. In the case of a 1.8V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. A 66MHz frequency is used by the CPU.
