The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in QFP. The packaging method Bulk provides high reliability. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 132. Turning on and running the embedded microprocessor with a 5V voltage supply should be possible.
