The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in PQFP. Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 196. Using a 5V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run.
