The embedded microprocessor has been packed in PQFP for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Bulk. A MICROPROCESSOR, RISC represents the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 196. Using a 5V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. The architecture of the microprocessor is 32-bit. A CPU operates at a frequency of 25MHz. Please refer to the datasheets for 196 pins functions.
