KU80C186EC25 Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in QFP. The packaging method Bulk provides high reliability. It is a MICROPROCESSOR in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. The total number of terminations is 100. A 5V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. It has a 16-Bit architecture. 25MHz is the frequency of the CPU. With a 16 width external data bus, this CPU has a wide external data bus. An environment with a temperature higher than 70°C is not recommended for the embedded microprocessor. Embedded microprocessor bodies have 100 pins injected into them. There are many applications for this CPU, since it is Surface Mount mounted. It is possible to use the micro processor from 5V. The datasheet specifies that this CPU microprocessor requires 5V power supply. The CPU core voltage is 5V. The CPU can only be powered by voltages up to 125mA. A voltage greater than 5.5V should not normally be applied to the embedded microprocessor. It is recommended to feed the CPU microprocessor with a voltage of 4.5V.
