KU80C188EC25 Overview
Packed in QFP, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. It is a MICROPROCESSOR in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. In total, 100 terminations have been made. In the case of a 5V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. In terms of architecture, it is a 16-Bit system. At 25MHz, the CPU operates. 100 pin functions are described in the datasheets. The embedded microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors.
