In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. The type MICROPROCESSOR, RISC belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. A total of 480 terminations have been recorded. Using a 1.8V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. The architecture of the microprocessor is 32-bit. 200MHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates.
