L298N Description


The STMicroelectronics L298N is a 15-lead Multiwatt and PowerSO20 integrated monolithic circuit. It's a high voltage, high current twin full-bridge driver that can receive conventional TTL logic levels and drive inductive loads including relays, solenoids, DC and stepping motors.
