L4964 Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, 15 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the Multiwatt-15 (Vertical, Bent and Staggered Leads) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Through Hole-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 50kHz. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 5.1V. As a result of the 4A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 25V. I would like to point out that this voltage regulator belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. As part of the L4964 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found.
