L4976D Overview
It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~150°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 100kHz~300kHz. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.5V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 24V. The regulator voltage is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory of voltage regulators.
