L4976D013TR Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Cut Tape (CT) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Space-saving 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~150°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 100kHz~300kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 8V.
