A DMOS dual full bridge for motor control applications, the L6206D device integrates isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on a single chip. It is produced in BCD technology. The L6206D device, which comes in PowerSO36 and SO24 (20 + 2 + 2) packages, has a diagnostic output that may be used to quickly implement overcurrent protection as well as thermal shutdown and a non-dissipative overcurrent detection on the highside power MOSFETs.
Maximum operating frequency: 100 KHz
