L6399DTR Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Configuration is based on 2 drivers. In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted. When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design. This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Under its base part number L6399, various related parts can be found. There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
