This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.4MHz.
