A FBGA package is provided with this component. This kind of FPGA is composed of EE PLD. A total of 160 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. The basic building block of the system is composed of 16 logic blocks (LABs). With a frequency of 125MHz, it delivers high efficiency. In addfpga semiconductorion, fpga semiconductor is able to support a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. The unit is capable of working with a minimum supply voltage of 3V. There is a maximum frequency of around 322MHz that can be reached by this FPGA. During operation, it uses 12.5mA of supply current. A feature of this system is also called YES, which gives it a unique characteristic. There are 4 dedicated inputs which are used to detect the status of input signals on the platform.
