LCMXO2-256HC-5MG132C Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 132-LFBGA, CSPBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. A total of 55 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 256 logic elements/cells are required. Power is provided by a 2.5V-volt supply. A Field Programmable Gate Arrays-series FPGA part. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. With a supply voltage of 2.375V~3.465V, this device operates with ease. FPGAs belonging to the MachXO2 series are a type of FPGA that belong to the MachXO2 series of FPGAs. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of 0°C~85°C TJ. The device has 56 outputs that are integrated into it.
