LCMXO2280C-3FT256C Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. The FLASH PLD-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. Logic blocks consist of 2280 logic elements/cells. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1.8V.
