LCMXO256E-4TN100C Overview

As part of the 100-LQFP package, it is included. A FLASH PLD-based FPGA is one of these types. 78 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 256 logic elements/cells are required. 1.2V volts power it. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGAs includes this part. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 1.14V~1.26V and uses a battery to supply power. The FPGA belongs to the MachXO series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the 0°C~85°C TJ range at all times when the unit is in use. The device has 78 outputs that are integrated into it. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tray for the purpose of saving space. As a whole, it has 100 terminations. In order to find related parts, use the part number LCMXO256 as a base. This FPGA module has a RAM si0Be of 0B that is sufficient to make sure that the program is able to run normally. In this case, there are 100 pins on the board. Fpga electronics contains 32 LABs/CLBs in an array. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. The 1.2V supply voltage provides designers with full flexibility in their designs. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 100 pins. This FPGA module embeds a memory of 256B available for storing programs and data. High efficiency is achieved by operating at a frequency of 550MHz. For the building block of this system, 256 logic cells are included. Fpga semiconductor operates on 10mA of supply current. There are 7 dedicated inputs used to detect the status of input signals. As the main building blocks of a CPLD, 128 macro cells make up the majority of the circuit in this device. The SRAM memory is adopted for storing data and avoiding resource conflicts.
