There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 121-VFBGA package and X package. FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is the component of this type of FPGA. The device has 100 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer. There are 640 logic elements/cells to form a fundamental building block.
