LF347N Description
:
The LF347N is a rapid slewrate device with a broad gain bandwidth. a monolithic integrated circuit with well-matched high-voltage J–FET and bipolar transistors
Their mathced high-voltage JFET inputs also provide high slew speeds, low input bias, low offset current, and low offset voltage temperature coefficient. High-speed integrators, digital-to-analog converters, sample-and-hold circuits, and a variety of other circuits are examples of this. The LF347N has a temperature range of 0 to 70 degrees Celsius.
