For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 16 terminations are present. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.5MHz. Input voltage 2.95V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V.
