LM20133MH/NOPB Overview
As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. DC-DC switching regulators reach 410kHz switching frequencies.
