It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 500kHz~1.5MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V to meet the operation requirements. As a member of the LM20143 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. At 5V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 16 pins are required. There should be at least a 800mV volt output voltage for this switching regulator in order to make it work properly. Accordingly, dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum output current is 3A A. On the basis of 4.68V's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily. With a maximum output voltage of 5V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. As a member of the PowerWise? family of DC/DC regulators, this part is prominent in many specifications. An input voltage of 5.5V is used to operate this harley voltage regulator. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 3.5mAA of quiescent current.
