It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Space-saving 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 500kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.285V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided.
