LM22673TJE-ADJ/NOPB Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 7 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-7 Thin package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.285V. The output current of 3A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. As a member of the LM22673 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 1.285V. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 7 pins that must be connected. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 1.285V volts at all times. A maximum output current of 3A A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. By using the 37V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. A type of DC-DC switching regulator, belonging to the SIMPLE SWITCHER? family of voltage regulators, is what we are describing here. External factors have no impact on DC DC switching regulator's ability to consume 3.4mA A of quiescent current. In order to ensure reliable performance, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 4.5V V is required. A maximum supply voltage of 42V can be used to operate the voltage regulator 12v. DC DC switching regulator's high accuracy can be maintained with a frequency of 500kHz.
