LM22676TJ-ADJ/NOPB Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, 7 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a TO-263-7 Thin package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 500kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the LM22676 family. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.285V volts. For switching regulator operation, 7 pins are used. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 1.285V volts at all times. Voltage regulator's maximal output current reaches 3A A to meet the operation requirements. By using the 37V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 37V. The switching DC-DC regulator belongs to the SIMPLE SWITCHER? family of electronic voltage regulator 12vs. This DC-DC switching regulator operates from a supply voltage of 42V. Despite external influences, voltage regulator consumes 3.4mA A of quiescent current. By requiring a minimum voltage of 4.5VV, adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance is guaranteed.
