LM22677TJE-5.0/NOPB Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, 7 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-7 Thin package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 5A output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 42V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the LM22677 family. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 5V volts. There are 7 pins that are used for the operation of the voltage regulator 12v. The maximum output current reaches 5A A to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. An output voltage of 5V is provided by this regulator voltage. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the SIMPLE SWITCHER? family. There are no external factors that affect DC DC switching regulator's consumption of 3.4mA A of quiescent current. Adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance is ensured based on the minimal supply voltage of 4.5V V. As long as the supply voltage is greater than 42V, the voltage regulator 12v will operate correctly. A frequency of 500kHz enables dc to dc voltage regulator to maintain high accuracy.
