LM239DR Description


These gadgets, which are made up of four separate voltage comparators, may work with a variety of voltages from a single power source. As long as the difference between the two supplies is 2 V to 36 V and VCC is at least 1.5 V more positive than the input common-mode voltage, operation from dual supplies is also feasible. The supplied voltage has no effect on the current drain. To create wired-AND interactions, the outputs can be connected to additional opencollector outputs.

The whole military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C may be operated by the LM139 and LM139A. The operating temperature range of the LM239 and LM239A is -25°C to 125°C. The operating temperature range of the LM339 and LM339A is 0°C to 70°C. The operating temperature range of the LM2901, LM2901AV, and LM2901V is -40°C to 125°C.
