LM25117PSQX/NOPB Overview
It comes in a 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 4.5V~42V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 750kHz.
