LM25141RGET Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 3.8V~42V. A -40°C~125°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. It can switch at 2.2MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. 24 terminations with various dc switching's functions. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 12V.
