Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 5 terminations were made. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. This harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 52kHz.
