As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. This harley voltage regulator has 5 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. This harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. DC-DC switching regulators reach 150kHz switching frequencies.
