It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 40V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 245 to be essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 12V.
