LM2681M6X/NOPB Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving SOT-23-6 package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TJ temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 80kHz. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2Vin Vin/2. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 20mA output current. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
