LM2736YMK Overview


It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 6 terminations. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 550kHz. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.25V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
