For an input voltage ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, the LM27761DSGR low-noise regulated switched-capacitor voltage inverter provides an extremely low-noise adjustable output. The application solution uses four low-cost capacitors to deliver up to 250 mA of output current. The device's controlled output can be adjusted between 1.5 and 5 volts. To reduce output resistance and voltage ripple, the LM27761DSGR operates at a 2-MHz (typical) switching frequency. The LM27761DSGR provides optimal performance when driving power amplifiers, DAC bias rails, and other high-current, low-noise voltage applications, with an operating current of only 370 A (charge-pump power efficiency better than 80% with most loads) and a typical shutdown current of 7 A.
? The Input Supply Voltage is inverted and regulated.
? Low Ripple Output
? Quiescent Current Drops to 7 A After Shutdown (Typical)
? Output Current of up to 250 mA
? VIN = 5 V, 2.5-inverter output impedance
? At peak load, there is a 4% regulation.
