LM2830ZMF Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 5 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 3MHz. Input voltage 3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
