For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator.
