LM2853MH-1.2 Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 14 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 14-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 550kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V is required for this voltage regulator to operate.
