LM2904ITP/NOPB Overview


In order to protect the op amps, a 8-UFBGA case is used. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. It is estimated that there will be 8 terminations in the next few months. In this case, there are 8 pins on the board. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 5V.
