Description

The LM311M is a monolithic voltage comparator with a low input current. The gadget can also work with either dual or single supply voltage. The LM311M has a temperature range of 0°C to +70°C.

It's also made to work with a variety of power supplies, from typical ±15V operational amplifier supplies to the single +5V supply used in IC logic.

Its output can switch voltages up to +50V at output currents as high as 50mA and is compatible with RTL-DTL, TTL, and MOS circuits.

Features

? 250nA low input bias current (Max)

? 50nA low input offset current (Max)

? Input Voltage Differential: ±30V

? Voltage of power supply: single 5.0V supply to ±15V.

? Null voltage offset capability.

? Ability to strobe.

Applications

? Detectors of nulls

? Detectors of zero-crossing

? Oscillator of relaxation

? Shifter of levels

? Digital-to-analog converters

? Detectors of absolute values
