LM3310SQ/NOPB Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 24 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. DC-DC switching regulators reach 660kHz 1.28MHz switching frequencies. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V.
