LM339D Description


In a 14-pin SOIC package, the LM339D is a quad differential comparator. This gadget is made up of four separate voltage comparators that can work over a wide range of voltages using a single power source. The LM339D can work with two power supplies as long as the difference between them is between 2 and 36 volts and VCC is at least 1.5 volts higher than the input common mode voltage. Current drain is voltage independent, and outputs can be linked together with other open collector outputs to form wired AND relationships.
