LM339N Description


The LMx39-N series consists of four independent precision voltage comparators, all with bias voltage specifications as low as 2 mV. These comparators are specifically designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide voltage range. It can also be operated from a separate power supply, and the low power supply current consumption is independent of the power supply voltage. These comparators also have a unique feature that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground. Even if they operate at a single power supply voltage.

The LMx39-N series is designed for direct interface with Tland cMOS. When operating from a positive or negative power supply, the device interfaces directly with MOS logic, and the low power consumption of LM339 has obvious advantages over the standard comparator.
