LM3670MFX-1.8/NOPB Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 1MHz switching frequencies. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.8V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible.
