There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -30°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 2MHz. Regulator 2.7V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.7V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 1.2V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided.
