This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 6-WFBGA, DSBGA package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -30°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 4MHz switching frequencies. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1.2V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
