Description


The LM393DT is a low-power dual voltage comparator that can work over a wide range of voltages from a single source. Split power supply operation is also feasible. It also has a unique feature in that, despite being powered by a single voltage, the input common-mode voltage range includes ground.

The LM393DT is made up of two independent low voltage comparators that can operate over a wide variety of voltages from a single source. Split power supply operation is also feasible.

? Dual supplies or a wide single-supply voltage range: 2 to 36 volts or ±1 to ±18 volts

? Low input offset current (typically ±3 nA).

? Low input offset voltage (typically ±1 mV).

? Ground is included in the input common-mode voltage range.
